This new, extensive manual covers the basic function and construction of the gear. Installation is described at length with a step by step checklist. The Manual also covers windvane sailing instructions, emergency repairs at sea, plus repairs in remote locations. Many parts illustrations with exploded views are included. We estimate that 90% of the Monitors are installed by the owners themselves and this is encouraged by Scanmar.
